About Us
Who are we?
Founded in 2012, Midgard was born to improve project management. Working as an engineer, our founder Kursten Faller witnessed project after project going off the rails and into the red. He saw a glaring need for consistency and professionalism in project management, so Midgard Project Management was born.
Since then, we’ve established ourselves as competent project managers, but have grown to understand that project management is only one piece of a holistic perspective to solving organizational challenges. It takes many skills and methods to create real change, and we’ve invested the time and resources to adopt the industry’s best practices.
Best-practices approach
Based on meticulous research and decades of lessons learned, best-practices have been developed by industry-leading institutions to help organizations tackle their biggest problems. We use these approaches to help organizations manage risk, solve organizational challenges, adapt to change, and improve performance.
Our team has spent hundreds of hours mastering soft and technical skills needed to facilitate change. The soft skills help with the people side of change, such as leadership, empathy, and communication. And the technical skills produce structure by applying processes and frameworks.
